At Roxy, we want you to love your performance gear; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure they are ready for the next adventure.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
